At LioraRise, we take pride in crafting journals that are made to order just for you! Because of this, we have specific policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and remakes. Please read the information below to fully understand our policies.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our journals, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your journal arrives defective or damaged, we are happy to assist you with a replacement.

Extenuating Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider a refund due to extenuating circumstances. Customers must contact our support team and provide a photo of the issue, if applicable. Please reach out to us to discuss your concerns, and we will do our best to assist you.

Replacements for Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, replacements may be offered under specific circumstances at our discretion:

  • Damaged Items: If your journal arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we will provide a replacement.
  • Incorrect Items: If the wrong journal design or product is received, we will resend the correct item.
  • Stuck in Transit: Orders delayed for an unreasonable time may be eligible for a replacement after investigation.

Terms for Replacements:

  • Items must show as delivered.
  • Claims for replacements must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (60 days for international orders).

Order Cancellations and Changes

Once an order is placed, processing begins quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you if the item is still in production.
